Allows you to import Project Journals with item tracking information (lot and serial number information).

The Import action is available on the Project Journal page.

Item Tracking (Lot, Serial and Package Number)​

This import supports lot, serial and package number tracking for items that require item tracking functionality.

Lot No. Information​

If you have a Premium subscription plan for Excel Importer you can also import lot number information. The app creates lot number information only when your imported file contains values mapped to the lot information fields.

Document Numbers​

You can import your document numbers or specify a number series for the batch and let Business Central assign the numbers for you.

You will notice that we changed the value for Valid Field to Only if Values for the Work Type Code to prevent an error from occurring when importing item lines.
