The GoSweetSpot Integration ensures a seamless, bidirectional connection between Business Central and the GoSweetSpot platform, allowing you to synchronise your orders efficiently. Integrating directly with GoSweetSpot will enable you to automate label creation and streamline the shipping process, saving time and minimising the risk of manual errors.

The app supports having multiple locations and can work with or without advanced warehousing. There are two plans available:

The Essentials plan is designed for more basic scenarios. It includes features such as:

  • Shipping address validation
  • Order synchronisation with the GoSweetSpot platform
  • Shipment status synchronisation

PackDesk

The Premium plan supports a more complex scenario where, in addition to shipment tracking, you want to optimise your logistics by selecting the most efficient courier and parcels and supporting individual parcel tracking. This plan includes:

  • All the features offered in the Essentials plan
  • A pack desk feature that allows you to perform the pack and ship function after performing a warehouse pick
  • Booking the courier and providing parcel details to allow:
    • Accurate costing for the courier costs
    • Labels per parcel that can be printed directly after finishing the parcel within Business Central
    • Individual parcel tracking directly from Business Central
