Setup
This section covers the setup required for the GSS Integration app.
GoSweetSpot Setup
- Select the Endpoint Trigger. The options are
- Create GSS Order when Posting Sales Shipment
- Create GSS Order when Finishing Pack Desk Document
- Create GSS Shipment when Finishing Pack Desk Document
- Enter the Access Key Value. This Access Key Value can be found on the GoSweetSpot website under Administration, Preferences and Settings, and Advanced Settings.

You can enter the GSS Site ID for Blank Location and Enable GSS for Blank Location if you are entering Sales Orders without a Location code.

Enter the No. of Recent GSS Requests which you would like to see on the Pack Desk fact box.
Shipping Agents
Enable the GoSweetSpot for the Shipping Agents.
Location Card

Enter the GoSweetSpot Site ID in GoSweetSpot . This value is used as a site identifier when sending API requests to GoSweetSpot.

Enter the Location title in GoSweetSpot. Specifies the title for the location in GoSweetSpot web-site. If blank, the Location Code will be used as a title. This title is used when generating packing slip numbers. If blank, the Location Code will be used as a title. This title is used when generating packing slip numbers.

Enable GoSweetSpot for the Location.
Features
The GoSweetSpot Address Checker can be used to validate address data, which will help to reduce the cost that GoSweetSpot charges for each incorrect delivery address.
The GoSweetSpot Packages Syncronise feature can be used to update Business Central Packaging details with GoSweetSpot Packaging details.
