Create GoSweetSpot Orders from BC
You can create GoSweetSpot Orders from BC using two methods:
- Manually, by selecting the corresponding action on the the Sales Order page.
- Automatically, by posting a Sales Shipment.
GoSweetSpot Orders are created for each combination of the Shipping Agent and Location Code specified in the sales lines. Each Location Code in BC corresponds to the specific Site_ID set up in GoSweetSpot.
Package information can be specified when creating GSS orders from Sales Orders.
Keep track of your shipment
You can easily track your shipments by setting up BC to automatically retrieve tracking information from GoSweetSpot, including the tracking number and URL.
Ensure your customer addresses are correct
When creating GSS Orders, it is important to ensure that the shipment address is correct. Otherwise, there will be an additional $2.50 charge per incorrect delivery, to find the right address.

Keep your packages in sync
