Centralize Azure and CSP Operations for MSPs
EcpPro is a platform built by MSPs, for MSPs. It enables Managed Service Providers to centralize Azure and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) operations, automate billing, streamline service desk tasks, and gain smarter insights across all client environments.
The EcpPro Connector integrates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with the EcpPro platform, giving MSPs a unified view of their tenant data, licensing, user management, and billing — all from within Business Central.
Key Features
- Tenant Management: View and manage customer tenants including Entra license levels, Secure Score, user counts, and license allocation.
- User Directory: Access a consolidated user list across all managed tenants with details such as sign-in activity, MFA status, and user roles.
- Contact & Group Management: Synchronize contacts and groups (security, distribution, Microsoft 365) from EcpPro.
- License Inventory: Monitor license usage across tenants with assigned, consumed, and available unit tracking.
- Agreement & Invoice Synchronization: Sync agreements, line items, products, and invoices via API for streamlined billing workflows.
- API Logging & Developer Mode: Full audit trail of API calls with a response viewer for debugging and development.
Permission Sets
The app includes two permission sets:

| ADMIN-EcpPro | Full access (read, insert, modify, delete) to all EcpPro tables and pages. For administrators and setup managers. |
| BASIC-EcpPro | Read-only access to all EcpPro tables. For end users and reporting. |

- Essentials and Premium Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central editions are fully supported.
