Process Manufacturing — Bulk Movement Creation
Supports Aptean's Create Consolidated Production Movement report by distributing Dual Unit of Measure demand units from production order components onto internal movement lines and their per-lot warehouse item tracking lines.
Non-Conformances
Adds Units and Handling Units to customer, vendor and internal non-conformance lines and to the non-conformance details list. Which columns show depends on Show Handling Units for Non-Dual UOM in Dual UOM Setup, the same as on warehouse pages.
- Random weight items: record the actual units alongside the weight. Units within the item's tolerance keep the weight you entered; units outside it recalculate the weight.
- Fixed ratio items: units and weight stay in ratio whichever you enter.
- Normal items: Handling Units shows the quantity in the item's put-away unit of measure, such as cartons, and you can enter handling units to set the quantity.
When lines are copied from posted sales or purchase documents, the actual units of the posted line, or of each lot, are copied too.
