Tenant Manager Role Center

Admin Hub serves as a central location for managing tenants and applications. The Tenant Manager Role Center is designed to offer a comprehensive view of all tenants and applications that the user manages.

Managed Tenants

The Managed Tenants action opens a list of all partner-managed tenants. The list summarises each tenant, including the tenant ID and name. Some plugins may provide additional information about the tenant, such as the number of environments or users.

Connection Requests

Admin Hub provides a framework for plugins to communicate with external systems. One key feature is the ability to schedule and manage external connection requests. You can view all failed and queued connection requests on the Tenant Manager Role Centre.

Failed Requests

Clicking on the Failed cue will list all failed connection requests. The list summarises each request, including the method, request path and state.

You can click on a State field to view the error message. Select the requests to retry and click on the Execute action. This will re-execute the request, and if any error occurs, it will stop and show the error message. Execute In Background action will re-execute all selected requests in the background and will not show any error message but will update the state of the requests.

Queued Requests

You can click the Queued cue to open a list of all queued connection requests. The list provides a summary of each request, including the method, request path, and Not Before field, which shows the date and time when the system will pick up the request for execution.

The same applies to failed requests; you can force the system to execute a request immediately by clicking on the Execute action. The Execute In Background action will be scheduled to perform all selected requests in the background as soon as possible.
