Banking Features
Pre-configured EFT Functionality
The app includes pre-configured EFT file formats for the major banks handling direct credit and direct debit. You can also configure file formats for other banks.
Pre-configured Bank Statement file formats
Pre-configured Bank Statement file formats can get downloaded and applied using the setup wizard. The pre-configured file formats cover the major banks in New Zealand (supporting the New Zealand and Australian file formats).
Bank Account Reconciliation and Bank Statement reports
The extension adds these reports so you can reprint bank statements and reconciliations at a specific date.
EFT Transfers (Direct Credit and Direct Debit)
The app can generate EFT transfers for direct credit and direct debit. The file formats are configurable and include the logic to create hash totals that comply with major banks' rules. You can also configure other banks not included without pre-configured file formats.
Read more about this here.
EFT Approval
You can configure the EFT Transfers to require approval before generating a file.

Advanced EFT Approvals
You can configure the Advanced EFT Approvals if you have a premium subscription. This feature allows you to limit cumulative approval amounts per day and enforce a minimum number of unique approvers.
Read more about this here.
Upload EFT files
You can configure the EFT file creation to upload files directly to Azure storage so your users cannot edit the files. If you have a premium subscription, the extension supports a host-to-host integration with banks, which we can help you implement.
New Zealand Bank Account Validation
The app can validate New Zealand Bank Account numbers to help ensure data accuracy. You can read more about this here.
Documents
The extension includes configurable Sales, Purchase and Warehouse documents, including additional documents for more complex organisations, such as a commercial invoice. The configuration allows you to add custom fields to the documents without adding code.

Document Extended Text
The document extended text feature allows you to configure additional texts to be added to sales documents when the specified conditions get met.
Read more about this here.
Document Aggregation
If you have a premium subscription, you can use this feature to configure rules to summarise your sales documents.

Automatic Sending of Posted Documents
This feature allows you to schedule when to send posted documents automatically, so there is no risk of leaving some documents out. It can also notify users if some customers/vendors do not have emails specified and assign tasks to users to handle.

Send Sales/Purchase Order on Release
This feature allows you to automatically send sales and/or purchase orders when the documents get released.

Additional Workflows and Responses
Additional Workflows
- EFT Approval workflows allow you to approve EFT Transfers before generating a file.
- Vendor and Customer bank account approval workflows to allow you to configure approvals for changes to Vendor and Customer bank accounts.
Additional Workflow Responses
- Responses related to EFT Approval (Approved, Cancelled, Rejected, Joint Approval)
- Create a notification to the creator - this allows you to notify the creator of the document when a document has been approved/cancelled/rejected. This is different from the standard Business Central option to notify the sender of the approval because the document's creator can be different from the person who requested approval.
